Thank you for your question, Diane.

A direct rail connection between Seville and Paris would involve changing trains once in Barcelona along the way. The rail pass that would cover this trip is a 'Eurail France-Spain Pass'. If your plan is to do a round-trip between Seville and Paris, then this rail pass would work out to be less expensive than purchasing regular point-to-point tickets.

You would purchase the Eurail France-Spain Pass here: http://www.raileurope.com/rail-tickets-passes/eurail-france-spain-pass/index.html.

The trains between Seville and Barcelona and the trains between Barcelona and Paris would both require reservations in addition to the rail pass. The direct trains between Seville and Barcelona are high-speed 'AVE' trains, and the direct trains between Barcelona and Paris are 'France-Spain High Speed' trains.

For travel with a pass, you would purchase reservations by clicking on 'Book your Rail Pass Reservations' on our homepage, entering the route, and indicating the type of rail pass you'll be traveling with when you're prompted. For a direct trip from Seville to Paris, you would do one search for trains from Seville to Barcelona and another search for the connecting train from Barcelona to Paris.

Generally, these trains can only be booked within 90 days of an intended date of departure. If your intended travel happens to fall outside of this time frame, you would just enter a more imminent date, some time within the next 90 days, to get an idea of the reservation costs and view schedules when searching the route on our site.
