I’m frustrated

Travel agent can't login

I was notified June 9th that I am registered on the travel agent website and my account is active. Login didn't work, so I clicked on the contact link to submit an email. June 13th(!) I received an answer with a new password. I copied and pasted the new password, and I still can't login! I've been on hold for 15 minutes.
Can you help?
