Traveling from Sopot, Poland to Paris, France.

Can someone help me find a rail route from Sopot, Poland to Paris, France? This is my first time in Europe and have never used public transportation. Can someone help me? Thank you very much!

    Hi,

    The most feasible connection from Sopot to Paris would take about 18 hours in duration and involves 2 train changes along the way; once in Poznan and once in Cologne. The portion of this route from Poznan to Cologne would be on an overnight train.

    You can purchase tickets and check schedules for the night train from Poznan to Cologne and trains from Cologne to Paris by clicking on 'Find Fares & Schedules' on the homepage of our website, www.raileurope.com.

    However, the night train from Poznan to Cologne is generally only able to be booked within about 30 days of an intended date of departure. Currently, it appears that this train is only able to be booked for dates until the end of August. Therefore, if your intended travel falls outside of this time frame, you would just have to enter a date in August to get an idea of the ticket costs and view schedules when searching this portion of the route on our website.

    Trains from Cologne to Paris are able to be booked within 90 days of an intended date of departure.

    Tickets for trains from Sopot to Poznan are not able to booked on our website, so schedules for this portion of the route would not be able to be viewed there. You can book tickets for the portion of the route from Sopot to Poznan by calling us at 1-800-622-8600.

    A daytime connection from Sopot to Paris would take just over 16 hours in duration and would involve 2 train changes along the way; once in Berlin and then once in Mannheim.
