I selected 1st class & my ticket says Turista Plus but your chat says it's Economy

After much drama I finally got a ticket. On your website it says best price and from that column I selected first class. The tickets say Turista Plus and I asked the chat lady person and they said it was Economy! also when I went to the website and put my email address in to try and retrieve the booking it says that there is no booking with my email address? I am super confused now.

    Hi Margi.

    'Turista Plus' is 1st class on trains in Spain.

    You would only be able to view your order on our website if you submitted it under an account you created, in which case, you would click on 'My Account' on the homepage after logging in. You would then scroll down and refer to 'My Bookings'.

    If you have questions about a specific order you placed, you would have to contact us either by calling us at 1-800-622-8600 or by sending an email to customercare@raileurope.com.

    If you send an email, please be sure to include the booking number for your order, as well as your full first and last name. However, please note it can take up to 48 business hours to receive a reply with regard to email correspondence. Therefore, you might want to call us, especially if your departure is soon from now.
