I’m troubled

Two names in PNR for ticket, only one name written on *both* tickets

I just booked several TrenItalia tickets between Padova/Firenze/Roma/Napoli... paid particular attention to all the RE site warnings about making sure that the names entered were spelled exactly as per passports... completed booking.... final confirmation page for transaction completion shows blue buttons for each name... but received pdf tickets _only_ have pax1 name on _all_ of them....something has somehow happened in the RE system and it has oddly dropped pax2 from their tickets. Help. How do I correct this. These are non-refundable tickets and the RE office is closed. I have captured proof from the final confirmation web page that *each* name was properly entered as pax1 and pax2.... so it is definitely something wrong the RE system.

    Hello.

Rest assured, that is actually how these tickets are issued, and you will be able to board your requested train without any difficulty. With regard to these trains, tickets are issued with only one name to represent an entire party.
