Unable to print@home using the link on the reservation email confirmation

Made a purchase on the raileurope.co.in website for train tickets.
Received the email confirmation with the links to download the pdf version for print@home. However I get the error message - Once your booking is completed, your Print @ home ticket will be automatically downloaded when clicking on this same link.
Have sent multiple emails to customer care and spoken with online agents and nobody is able to help me.
Very poor customer service.
