Unable to Book Due to Technical Issue

"Sorry. Due to a technical issue, we were temporarily unable to process your request. We invite you try again in a few minutes (0190)"; I have been getting this message since afternoon whenever I attempt to proceed with confirmation & payment. I am flying off to London tomorrow; Hence, I need to sort it out ASAP! Can I just show the e-ticket using handphone instead of printed it out?

    Hi Derick,

    I would recommend that you call us at 1-800-622-8600 as soon as possible. Otherwise, your only option would be to purchase your tickets locally upon arrival. You would not be able to board any trains unless you succeed in placing an order and your order confirms. Our current hours are 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM ET Monday to Friday and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET on Saturday and Sunday.

    Currently, only tickets for trains in certain parts of Europe are able to be issued as e-tickets and/or print-at-home tickets (domestic trains operating within France, some international trains between France and neighboring countries, the United Kingdom, Spain, and certain major routes in Italy).
