Unable to print e-mail tickets at home

The "My travel documents" link in my e-mail to print my e-tickets at home does not link to a PDF file (or anything else). Two other links in my e-mail do work properly (to finding information on print at home tickets, and to refunds and exchanges). What should I do? I am using Google Chrome, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows 7 from a computer in the United States.
