URGENT!

We need help! We are in Italy right now, and booked train tickets for tomorrow morning and the booking was not completed! we need to book a hostel for tomorrow night! is there anything you can do for the booking to go through?

We are currently unable to complete the booking for one or more products in this itinerary. We are attempting to issue the tickets as requested. If we are unable to do so, we will contact you to propose alternate options.

The credit card has been pre-authorized for the amount quoted. However, it will not be charged until the entire booking is confirmed. One of our Travel Consultants will review your itinerary and contact you within two business days if there are any changes to your itinerary or if the price has increased.

Bookings placed by 12:00 pm ET, will be processed the same business day. Bookings placed after 12:00 pm ET, will be processed within 1 business day. We appreciate your patience and will be in touch with you shortly.

    Hi Sofia,

    Please note, we are the United States-based seller of European tickets and passes for the North American market. If you are already in Europe, you would purchase your tickets there locally (especially if your travel is for as soon as tomorrow). In Europe, tickets can be purchased at any station or possibly through a hotel concierge service or local travel agent.

    If you have questions about a specific order you attempted with us, then you would have to call us at 1-800-622-8600 or 1-847-916-1028, or else you can send an email to customercare@raileurope.com. If you send an email, please include the booking number for the order and your full first and last name.

    With this being a public forum, we don't advise sharing order numbers or any other personal information here. Any posts containing such information would be removed for security purposes.

    how long does it usually take to process this? I already contacted the email provided above. if it does go through after tomorrow, would we be able to get a refund?

      Orders submitted through our website can take 24 to 48 business hours to be processed. Rest assured, an order wouldn't be processed if the travel date being requested has already gone by. As soon as the travel date arrives, the order would automatically delete, and nothing would be charged to your credit card.
