I’m frustrated

US Billing Address not available to purchase at check out

I am currently in Italy, and was trying to purchase 2 tickets from Firenze to Rome, using the international site (it was the default). However, when trying to check out, there is no option for the United States for my billing address country. When changing the location to the US site, the options available were not the same, and not at the same price. We would like to purchase these tickets ASAP via the world site because we are leaving in 4 days!!

    nevermind, booked directly from the carrier, for even a better price.

  • I am glad to hear that you were able to purchase your tickets locally. Since you are already in Italy, that was probably your best option. Please note that tickets purchased on the world website are shipped from India and can take up to 10 business days to arrive in Europe. Tickets purchase via the North American website can only be shipped within North America. However, if you like, we can ship these documents abroad. Orders for international shipping must be made over the telephone by calling 1-847-916-1028 between the hours of 9:00a-7:30p ET Monday-Friday or Saturday from 9:00a-5:00p ET. We send all documents by UPS. The shipping and handling fee for international delivery is $36.00 USD and your shipment will take 2-4 business days to arrive to you in Europe.
