Way to fix the misspelling last name on the rail pass

I've bought an Italy Flexi Pass and a member in my group has misspelled her last name "CHAIRATHIKORN", which should be "CHAIRATHKORN". I have contacted some body by email. She would love to help but couldn't find my record. May be not the agent I bought. I really don't know where to find the right agent. I'll be in Europe very soon, Mar 30.

If this can be fixed somehow ? I still can't buy reserved seats, because don't know to go with the wrong last name appear on the Pass or on the Passport ? What the chance could be ?
