Web-site issues

Tried to book 2 sets of tickets. One has been posted 3 times on my bank accounts and I have not received even confirmation for one order. In fact according to me RailEurope account these tickets (order) is nonexistent. Same problem with the other order posted to my account but have not received confirmation and or e-ticket. We are now running over 4 days. PS the live chat is useless over 1/2 hour wait and no response.
