Website Error

Hello, the website is not working and says that I do not have a valid trip, but I was billed for this trip and sent part of my tickets. There are some tickets I need to print at home but cannot access them due to the website error. I sent you an email 5 days ago and I am still facing the error. I also cannot see my itinerary. Please help ASAP!
