Paris, Bruges, Amsterdam Cologne, Berlin and Krakow

I'm planning on visiting Paris, Bruges, Amsterdam, Cologne, Berlin and Cracow (I will also continue to Russia, but it doesn't matter since it's not in EURail scheme).
Poland not being on any select pass has disturbed my initial plans.
What do you think I should do? Should I get a France+BeNeLux regional pass plus a Germany+Poland regional pass, or a 3 country pass and a point-to-point Berlin-Cracow?
There is a slight possibility that I will also have to go through Spain (I live in South America, most of the times a ticket to Paris is WAY more expensive than a ticket to Madrid or Rome).
