Where is my pass and receipt?

Where is receipt for Austria pass?? I just booked an Austria pass for 2 people and received no receipt or anything. Credit card for $496.00 taken yet nothing in return.
My account shows nothing even happened. What's going on????

    I’m sorry if you haven’t received anything yet. I would recommend checking your spam/junk folder and make sure your spam filters are not set to block emails from "@raileurope.com". If you still do not see anything, you would send an email to customercare@raileurope.com or call us at 1-800-622-8600 or 1-847-916-1028.

    If you send an email, please be sure to include the booking number for your order, as well as your full first and last name. However, please note it can take up to 48 business hours to receive a reply to email correspondence. Therefore, if you need more immediate assistance, you would have to call us. Our current hours are 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM CT Monday to Friday and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CT on Saturdays.
