Wife's Name Not on Ticket


I booked a ticket from trenitalia which includes 4 different journeys (Rome --> Florence --> Venice --> Milan --> Paris). My name is on all journeys but my wife's name is missing from all journeys except last one (Milan --> Paris). Though I've written to trenitalia about it, I am not sure of their response. Could this be a big problem? Are there any solutions?

    Hi Narender,

    In most cases, tickets would reflect only one name to represent an entire party. However, we are not able to assist with specific orders on this forum. If you have questions about a specific order you placed, you would have to contact us either by calling us at 1-800-622-8600 or 1-847-916-1028, or else by sending an email to customercare@raileurope.com.

    If you send an email, please be sure to include the booking number for your order, as well as your full first and last name. However, please note it can take up to 48 business hours to receive a reply to email correspondence. Therefore, you might want to call us, especially if your departure is soon from now. Our current hours are 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM CT Monday to Friday.
