Wrong child on ticket. HELP!!!!!!

I received out rail passes and they put the wrong child on my adult ticket. They put our 19 year old as the child and 14 year old and the youth. I emailed the company and they told me to return them and rebook. I have tried and the website won't let me and the number they gave me keeps saying that they can't take any more calls. I don't know what to do
