I’m frustrated

Wrong name on ticket

We booked a ticket form Krakow to Prague. Even though I entered my friends name as a second passenger, both tickets have my name on them. We tried to reach customer service via sending message from the website but no return was made. Could you please help us?

    Hi Nihat,

    In most cases, tickets would reflect only one name to represent an entire party. Therefore, it is most likely the case that you'll be fine. With that said, we are not able to assist with specific orders on this forum. If you have questions about a specific order you placed, you would have to contact us either by calling us at 1-800-622-8600 or 1-847-916-1028, or else by sending an email to customercare@raileurope.com.

    If you send an email, please be sure to include the booking number for your order, as well as your full first and last name. However, please note it can take up to 48 business hours to receive a reply to email correspondence. Therefore, you might want to call us, especially if your departure is soon from now.

    Our current hours are 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM CT Monday to Friday and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CT on Saturdays and Sundays.
